Lever Actuated
- Most common, least expensive
- Supplies 1.28 grams of grease per pump
- Requires two hands: one to hold extension on fitting, the other to pump grease
- Typically see more user fatigue
- More powerful that pistol grips, but less flexible
- ONLY manual
- Because it’s manual, it is easier to tell how much grease you’re using
Pistol Grip
- Supplies .86 grams of grease per pump
- Allows for one-handed pumping method
- Typically sees less user fatigue
- Smaller, more nimble. You can use these on hard-to-reach-places
- Can be manual or electric
- Battery powered = less control over how much grease you are outputting
